How To Make Fruit Tart (Easy Method) |Food|cake|recipes ?

Fruit tart:

Fresh and canned fruit are used for this attractive tart that can serve about 10 person.take pizza pan (not the perforated one) or a springform measuring about 32 cm in diameter slightly grease and dust the base with white flour. keep ready

pastry dough:

(1) 300 g flour and 1/4 teaspoon baking powder

 (2) 150 g salted butter 

(3) 3 tablespoon fine sugar and 2 eggs sightly beaten
(1) mix well and shift into a bowl

(2) rub into the flour with a finger until the texture looks like bread crumbs

(3) add and combine

Press dough into a ball cover with a damp cloth or plastic cling wrap and refrigerate for about one hour. place dough between two plastic sheets and rolls out about 1/2 cm thicks. Remove the top plastic and press the pizza pan upside down into the dough and cut off the overlapping part. turn the pan over, the dough is now placed on the base of the pan.  with the rest of the dough make a thin roll and placed it around the inner edge of the pan. pull the dough up with the two index fingertips and decorate the edge by pressing it together ( a fork can also be used). place the pan into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. preheat the oven for 10 minutes at medium heat

blind-bake in a medium-hot oven as follows: Take a piece of aluminum foil and placed it over the pastry base. cover the foil with raw beans, place it in the oven, after 10 minutes remove foil with the beans and continue baking until edge and base become slightly golden. Remove and cool the baked pastry crust.

Gelatine coating: (prepare before making the filling for the tart)

(1)125 ml apple juice (for nectar) 

 (2) 2 teaspoon gelatine   
(1) heat up 

(2) dissolve in hot apple juice, cool off  and then place into the refrigerator until about so set, keep ready for glazing

Filling           

(1) 125 ml apple juice (or nectar)

(2) 3 tablespoon gelatine

 (3) 2 egg yolks, 50 g fine sugar and 1 tablespoon lime juice

(4) 200ml cream 
(1) heat up

(2)dissolve in hot apple juice; cool off

(3) mix well until creamy then add the apple juice 

4)add and mix further until smooth place the filling into the refrigerator
  for about 1hour or until set then spread it over the baked pastry crust 

Decorate the tart with different fresh and canned fruit, such as mango slice, banana cuts, each slice, cherries, strawberries, etc. (Canned fruit should always be well drained before use.)For glazing, place the tart for 15 Minutes into the freezer, then pour the half-set gelatine gently over the fruit and return the tart back into the freezer for another 15 minutes. The gelatine should now be fully set and give the tart a shine. Store the tart in the refrigerator if not used at once.

Tips: If You do not have a large size baking form, use a smaller one and reduce the amount of the  ingredients 
for the dough and filling accordingly.
