How To Make Pine Nut Tart (Easy Method)|Food|cake|recipes ?

Pine Nut Tart
When our shops are full of fresh pine nuts (chalghoza) again, this is the time when you must try this tart. the blend with orange marmalade is quite unique.
Oil a round pie dish, estimating about 23cm in distance across, and dust with flour. Keep ready
Pastry dough:

(1) 200g flour
(2) 100g salted soft butter
(3) 3 tablespoon fine sugar
(4) 1 egg
(5)1 tablespoon cream
(1) shift into a big bowl

Press dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a damp cloth and refrigerate for about 1 hour. Move mixture on a flour-tidied surface into a round shape, sufficiently huge to fit into the pie dish and press edge immovably against the side of the dish with fingertips. The covering batter can be cut with the moving pin.prick the base with a fork a few that the steam can escape while baking.Preheat the oven!


(1)  50g soft butter and 3 eggs
(2) 100g fine sugar
(3) 2  tablespoon cream
(4) 100 g ground almonds and 3 tablespoon semolina
(5) 3-4 tablespoon marmalade
(6) 2 tablespoon water
(7) 50g pine nuts
(1) beat until creamy

(4) add and make a smooth mixture.(5) warmup on low heat
(6) add and remove from heat cool slightly then mix with the rest of the filling and spoon into the pie dish
(7) dust with some flour and sprinkle over the filling


In the medium-hot oven for 30-45 minutes or until pastry and top are golden brown .cool before removing from the pie dish.decorate with some pine nuts and icing sugar
