How To Make Plum CheeseCake|Recipes|Tart|Easy Method ?

When the sweet plums are in season, this delicious cake is definitely worth trying out. Grease a springform, measuring 23cm diameter, and sprinkle with flour. keep ready

Yeast Dough

(1) 225g flour  

(2) 1/2 teaspoons dry yeast  

(3) 60g salted butter  

(4) 50g sugar

(5) 2 eggs

(6)1 tablespoon  warm milk
(1) Shift into a big bowl

(2)add to flour

(3)rub into the flour with fingertips until the mixture looks like breadcrumbs)

(5) add one by one and keep mixing

(6) add and mix

Plum CheeseCake

Knead the dough well, then place it into a bowl and cover it with a damp cloth. Leave it in a warm place until it has risen to twice its size. Knead again and leave for another 30 minutes. Now remove the rim of the springform, roll out enough dough on a flour-dusted surface and fit it over the base (using about 2/3rd of the dough), then replace the rim. Make a roll form the rest of the dough, place it around the inner side of the rim and pull it up about 3 cm high with fingertips. Sprinkle the base with semolina or breadcrumbs. Preheat the oven.
Filling:

(1) 3 egg yolks  

(2) 100g fine sugar  

(3) 350g package yogurt    

(4) 2 drops vanilla essence

(5) 4 tablespoons flour

(6) 3 egg whites        

(7) Approx 20 ripe and sweet plums                    
(1) place into a large bowl

(2) add and mix well

(3) add and mix

(4) add

(5) shift, add and mix well

(6) add to egg whites and fold into the mixture spoon the mixture into the springform

(7) place the plums in circles into the filling


Bake: For Approx 45 minutes in the medium-hot oven until dough is golden brown and the filling solid.

Tip: Instead of Plums, apricots can also be used
