How To Make Rice Tart (Easy Method) |Food|cake|recipes ?

This delicately almond-flavored rice can be eaten warm; taste also refreshing when well cooled! Oil a round pie dish, estimating around 23 cm in breadth, and residue with flour. keep ready

Pastry dough:

(1) 200g flour        

(2) 100g salted soft butter

(3) 4 tablespoon fine sugar
(4) 1 small egg

(5) 1 tablespoon cream

Press dough into a ball, cover the bowl with a damp cloth and refrigerate for about one hour. Move batter on a flour-tidied surface into a round shape, sufficiently enormous to fit into the pie dish and press edge firmly against the side of the dish fingertips, Overlapping dough can be trimmed with the rolling pin. Prick the base with a dork serval times, so that the steam can escape while baking.Preheat the oven!


(1) 50 g dried apricots  

(2) 200 ml milk 2 tablespoon rice powder  

(3) 2 egg yolks and 2 tablespoons fine sugar

(4) 100 g peeled and ground almonds, 2 drops of almond essence, 2 tablespoon cream

(5) 2 egg whites    

 (6)1 tablespoon fine sugar
(1) splash until delicate and cut into quarters, set aside

(2) stir into milk and bring to boil, while stirring. when cooked remove from heat and cool

(3) add to rice and blend

(4) add and mix well

(5) beat until well

(6) include and beat a couple of moments more. Fold into the filling. spread the apricots over the mixture and spoon the filling into the pie dish


In a medium hot oven for approx. 30-45 minutes or until the pastry is slightly brown.cool before removing from the pie dish.improve with little sugar globules or sprinkle with icing sugar!
